Heat map is a two-dimensional representation of data in which values are represented by colors.

Select variables and determine whether you want to use sum, mean, or frequency of those variables as color reference. Statistiku will generate one heat map for each variables you select.

Select a variable which will split the data into columns.

Select a variable which will split the data into rows.

You can use sleepstudy dataset to visualize the Reaction variable by Days (as x-axis) for each Subject (as y-axis).
